I very recently purchased a refrigerator/stove for my
parents, the attention that I received from the staff at the Hesperia/Fontana stores was awesome when changes in size needed to be done Trish did this without batting an eye and made safety changes in the stove for use as well..the dials for some strange reason were placed on the back panel of the stove I could just see my mom's robe sleeve ablaze..and your
delivery guys were just as curtious and respectful as could be they were patient with mom as she asked them to show her how to work her appliances..she says she never had new ones before so she was very happy and she even cried to have her new appliances.  We never would have been able to purchase both without your store. Mom can now see inside her oven
without opening her door she is tickled pink.  I can not say enough about Trish and her ability to work with the public. Been to Lowes etc.customer service, yeah right.  In K-Mart today I told customers looking at appliances to check out JBL and the women did write you name down. Again thank you and your staff that put the customers first.

 My refrigerator broke this morning and wasn't sure where to
go, my husband told me to go to jbl we had bought a washer from you about 3 years ago and have been very pleased.  The girl who helped me wasTrish she was very helpful, the refrigerator I liked didn't have a icemaker in it so she was able to take care of it for me, I hate purchasing  big items without my husband because women often get taken advantage of.  I left the store feeling very confident in my decision.  Thank Trish for all your help.  We will be back again and I will tell friends.
